At MatthewArnn.com, all our products are made, painted, created, or printed “on-demand”. This means every single item is unique and custom made especially for you or your customers beginning immediately after your order is successfully submitted and payment is received. All Sales Are Final.
Depending on the item ordered, it could be printed on demand by one of our partner printers, or made by us in our Tennessee studio and screen printing location. This decision is made at our discretion. As a result of each piece being custom-made, we do not technically offer returns, refunds, or replacements due to user error such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, wrong shipping address, etc.
All our items and products are thoroughly inspected for quality and accuracy before they are shipped, however, accidents can happen, and in the event that you receive a wrong or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support immediately with detailed information. We will provide further instructions at that time, and if we agree to replace or refund your item, once we receive the returned shipment an email notification will be sent to you.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 3 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.
We will not replace or refund an item if the following situations have occurred:
1-The wrong size was ordered. Please refer to the “Size Guide” on the item or product page before ordering. Please be aware that the Size Guide on each item or product page is for that particular item and is not a universal Size Guide. Each item or product has its own Size Guide and it is your responsibility to check them before ordering.
2-You accidentally order the wrong item or have Buyers Remorse. Please double check your item and cart before ordering.
3-Wrong Shipping Address. If you or your end customer provide an address that is considered incorrect or insufficient by the courier making the item undeliverable, the shipment will be returned to us. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).
4-Shipments and/or packages that go unclaimed. You will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself or your end customer for any item that goes unclaimed.
We work very hard to keep you and your customers happy and have quality control checkpoints throughout the fulfillment process. Your order is inspected several times from order intake all the way through the creation process until we see it securely packaged and in the hands of your shipping carrier. Satisfaction with your order is our primary goal!
If you haven’t registered an account on matthewarnn.com and added a billing method, you hereby agree that any returned orders due to the wrong shipping address or a failure to claim the shipment won’t be available for reshipping and will be donated to charity at your cost (without us issuing a refund).
MatthewArnn.com does not accept returns of sealed goods, such as but not limited to face masks, which are not suitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons. You hereby agree that any such returned orders or face masks won’t be available for reshipping and will be disposed of.
We may reprint and reship your order if one of the following situations has occurred:
1-The placement of a printed image is obviously different from the way described and shown on matthewarnn.com.
2-If we accidentally printed the wrong image or design. 3-If we send you a product in the wrong size or color than you ordered.
4-If the product is damaged during delivery.
5-If there is a defect that occurred during the printing process. For example, gaps in the ink, etc.
Please note: the decision to replace or refund an item remains at the discretion of matthewarnn.com.
Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:
1. the supply of goods that are made to the consumer’s specifications or are clearly personalized;
2. sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren’t suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, therefore MatthewArnn.com reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
