We are very particular about the brands and items we use to ensure you get the softest and best quality product at the best price.

How are they printed?
Depending on the item, they are either printed with state of the art technology DTG (Direct to Garment) methods by our partner printers, or they are hand screen printed by us in our Nashville Tennessee workshop.
Screen printed shirts and apparel will usually be specially marked on the website.
Do you have a size chart?
Absolutely! There is a detailed size chart on every item page in the shop, either as a link or in the description.
Please make sure to check your items size chart before ordering, as each item is custom made especially for you, and different brands may vary in size.
How should I wash and care for my shirt or apparel?
To keep your new apparel in the best shape please, follow the care instructions below:
Wash garment inside-out in cold water using a gentle wash cycle.
If ironing is necessary iron the garment inside-out on the lowest setting.
Avoid bleach and do not dry clean.
Tumble dry low or hang dry the garment.

Can I cancel or change my order?
We are unable to offer any size change, address change or cancellation requests once your order has been placed.
The moment your order is placed on matthewArnn.com, it goes into creation and production mode. This guarantees fast delivery & efficient production times, but unfortunately leaves little room to fix any errors.
Please verify that your shipping & billing information is 100% correct (no missing apartment numbers or misspellings) before placing your order.

My shirt doesn't fit how I like. Can I return it?
Because our items are “printed on demand” especially for you after ordering, we generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please make sure to look at the size chart for your item prior to ordering, and see our Return Policy for further information.
Shipping times may be slightly delayed due to the Global Pandemic, however we are doing our best to ensure orders are created and shipped as quickly as possible.

For apparel, shipping costs will be calculated and displayed in the checkout prior to payment.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to most countries.
Upon entering your shipping address on the checkout page, you should be able to see international shipping options and costs.

Do I have to pay customs fees?
Shipments outside of the USA may incur customs fees, depending on destination country.

How long are international shipping times?
International shipping times can vary widely from country to country.
Once we process and send out the order, it is in the hands of the carrier and we have no control over how long it takes to get to you from that point.
If you have an international tracking number and the status does not change on your package after 21 days, please contact your local post office.
Once your order leaves the U.S. and your order is transferred to your country’s local postal service, it is unlikely we can track it anymore and are not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen packages in your local country.
