This custom Beastie Boys painting was commissioned Summer 2020.
It’s no surprise that it wasn’t hard to think of what to listen to while I worked on this project! I always prefer having music or movies playing while I make art, and cranking some Beasties while I worked on this definitely helped capture the right energy. I was also able to bring in some collaborators, fellow artists Jenna Dawn and C.L. to give it some extra flair. I love this piece and so did the client.
